Terms & Conditions for Edmij SMA Zonsturing application
These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Edmij 3rd party client application within SMA, located at SMA SunnyPortal and/or SMA ennexOS.
The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person using our application and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves.
These terms and conditions supplement the main contract between Edmij and the client. Without a full-service contract between Edmij and the client, it is not possible to use our Zonsturing application.
